Construction of new block of flats and terraces of houses along sea front at Hythe in Kent. Constructed in traditional load bearing masonry with precast and timber floors. Design of pile and reinforced concrete foundations taking into account aggressive soil conditions due to close proximity of sea front. Below ground drainage and external works design. External balcony design to flats. Regular site visits to inspect reinforcement and works as they progressed.
